Destudio has completed the design of the new headquarters for Anaford, an attorneys buffet in an iconic building on Calle Pintor Sorolla, one of the streets with the longest tradition of hosting banks and important companies in Valencia.

The project covered the entire building, combining functionality, comfort, and respect for Valencia’s architectural heritage.
On the ground floor, the project highlights the entrance hall, which includes a reception desk and a waiting area dominated by a tree that emphasizes the double height of the space. This design creates a welcoming and elegant first impression for visitors and clients.
The intermediate floors are used as workspaces, adapted to the needs of a law firm where soundproofing, concentration, and confidentiality are essential.
To this end, the partitions function both as dividers and decorative elements, incorporating curtains that allow the offices to be visually separated without sacrificing light or the feeling of spaciousness.
The top floor houses the meeting rooms, which feature a perimeter terrace that extends the exterior views and creates a visual connection with the city from inside the rooms.
This design facilitates a working environment that combines comfort, concentration, and representativeness.
As in the rest of our office projects, we seek to create spaces that are not only pleasant to work in, but also commercial environments where deals can be closed and the company can grow.
With this project, we have sought to reinforce our experience in designing corporate offices that integrate architectural heritage, functionality, and a contemporary approach to working.
