Person Inmobiliaria contacted us with a clear premise: to design a space that was nothing like typical real estate offices. In addition, they proposed a layout with a high density of simultaneous workers on the ground floor and meeting rooms on the upper floor.

Due to the nature of their work, real estate agents are not always at their desks in this office, but rather visiting properties.
This allowed us to think outside the box when designing custom work tables that adapt to the layout of the space and maximize its capacity.
These desks therefore fulfill not only a functional role but also a decorative one, giving the space its own identity with their sharp angles and irregular legs.
On the upper floor, the high ceilings with wooden beams and ceramic tiles allowed us to focus our decorative efforts there, so that we only had to resolve the functional aspects of the meeting rooms, with cross views between them, and not visually overload spaces that are already small.
This floor also houses the relaxation area for internal staff meetings, a cafeteria, and a small dining room.
The entire project is part of our vision to “domesticate the office” by creating relaxed and calm workspaces that focus on the well-being of employees during their working day, thereby maximizing their productivity for the company. For this reason, the project features continuous mortar cladding, warm tones, and fine woods, with few or no elements that stand out above this general atmosphere.
